There is considerable debate about the new play at Bats Theatre in Wellington, based on the controversial book 'The Hollow Men'.

Whilst some reviewers praise it for bringing this book to the stage, others are concerned that the current Government has supported it as a propaganda tool by having Creative New Zealand (effectively an Arts Council) provide funding. The rumbling will undoubtedly continue.
